Custom Cell Solutions now offers our skMDC Human Skeletal Muscle-Derived Cells in High Concentration Vials. These cells are passage 6 and come in 6 million cells/vial and 12 million cells/vial fill concentrations. Additional fill concentrations and passage numbers are available upon request.

Cadaveric material is obtained from Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) that are registered with the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) and accredited by the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO), with documented next-of-kin authorization obtained before recovery. Tissue from living volunteer donors are collected under a Cook MyoSite-sponsored, physician-led, Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved protocol, and each donor provides written informed consent.
